We hope to be selling Flip Gym® exercise cards from December 1st, when you should be able to get these online, exclusively from our website. We also envisage you will be able to buy individual workout routine cards from your gym too. If you would like to sell our products in your workplace please contact us directly for bulk orders.
Which difficulty level should I choose?
We have colour coded each Flip Gym® exercise workout card. You can see by the colour of our logo in the middle of each card which level you are on. Green are Easy, Amber intermediate and Red are of course Advanced. We really recommend that if you are new to exercise you should go Green. Then once you have some competence and can complete the exercises relatively easily with good technique you can move onto the Intermediate workout cards. These are mainly progressions from the Easy cards so if you mastered those the transition should be relatively easy. The same applies to Advanced. These are pretty hard so only attempt these if you feel confident that you can perform the exercises correctly with good technique.
Should I use Flip Gym® if I am injured?
No. It is that simple. If you have any injury we always recommend that you seek advice of a relevant health / medical professional before conducting any exercise program.
How do I fold the card to get from workout 1 to 2?
That’s simple, just follow this step by step video tutorial. Flip Gym® is a unique concept so it takes a few goes before you get the folding concept. Once you have done it a few times it will become second nature!
How do I record my progress?
Each exercise has a handy tick box underneath the instructions. Simply use this to record your own progress or ask your trainer to set you goals throughout the week for each exercise.

Are discounts available for larger orders?
Yes, just get in touch with us ‘Contact Us’ and we can try and meet your requirements.
Can I have a bespoke Flip Gym® exercise card with my own company logo?
Absolutely, If you run a health club and would like to use our design but include your own content then we do offer a bespoke design service. In this instance ‘Contact Us’ to find out how to become a licensed user of the Flip Gym® card.
Is there a PT Package available?
Yes, we offer 70 Flip Gym® fitness workout cards complete with a storage tower, ‘Contact Us’ to find out prices.
We have a policy to post your order the same day or following day (if your order is placed after 5pm). We use Royal Mail second class delivery so your order should be with you within 3-5 working days.
My Order hasn’t arrived?
If your order hasn’t arrived please let us know using the ‘Contact Us‘ page and we will investigate. We will of course send you out a replacement as soon as possible.
My Order has arrived damaged what can I do?
If your order has arrived damaged please let us know via our ‘Contact Us‘ page we will then arrange for a replacement product to be sent out as soon as possible.
Do you deliver outside of the UK?
Not at the moment but we do envisage being able to deliver to Europe and the rest of the world in the near future, once our product portfolio expands.
Of course you can, return your Flip Gym® workout card within 14 days of date of purchase and as long as the card is unused and the protective seal is unopened we will give you a full refund, minus any postage costs incurred by us. You will have to pay to post the card back to us.
I’ve changed my mind, what can I do?
That’s fine, perhaps you ordered the wrong card or you just simply changed your mind. If so please return the Flip Gym® card to us. As long as the Flip Gym® exercise card has not been used and has the seal in tact we will offer you a replacement Flip Gym® workout card or full refund (minus any P&P charges). You will have to pay to post the card back to us.
How do I make a complaint?
If you have any cause for complaint please write to us using the ‘Contact Us‘ page. Let us know what the problem is and we will try and resolve the issue as soon as possible.
